He gave handouts related to the “Pipeline Model, Features of Platform Business model. He explained the Pipeline business vs Platform businesses with real-world examples. It was easy to understand, coupled with real-world examples. Moreover, the nuances of Platform Business Models. He gave numerous examples of Linear and exponential growth. The presentation of him was crystal clear. We weeded the doubts, which pertained to Business Analytics, out and he had explained it splendidly.

At last, He taught an Ecosystem of BPM. It was completely new for us. Eagerly, we learned about it. Such a wonderful interactive lecture was given by Prof.Dr. Murugesan.
