TALKING SHOP Marketing Conclave on “Adapting to Changing Landscape in Marketing”

The conclave aimed to delve into the dynamic realm of marketing, focusing on the theme of “Adapting to Changing Landscape in Marketing.” The event brought together esteemed experts and professionals in the field to share insights and perspectives on various facets of contemporary marketing.

 

The conclave commenced with an inaugural session led by Mr. Sridhar Ramanujam, Founder & CEO, Integrated Brand – Comm. Pvt. Ltd, Bengaluru, an industry veteran renowned for his expertise in integrated brand communication. He explored the symbiotic relationship between marketing strategies and evolving consumer behaviors, emphasizing the need for brands to engage in meaningful conversations with their audience. Mr. Selva Sundaram, a distinguished content marketer from Zoho Corporation, shed light on the paradigm shift brought about by digital platforms in contemporary marketing practices. He elucidated the significance of leveraging digital channels as pivotal touchpoints to reach and engage with the target audience effectively. Mr. Adarsh Chandra Nigam, Partner at Stanton Chase, delved into the concept of personal branding and its relevance in the professional landscape. He provided valuable insights into positioning oneself strategically in the market, emphasizing the importance of building a strong personal brand identity. Dr. Suresh Paull Antony, an esteemed academician from IIM Trichy, led an insightful session on understanding the evolving dynamics of customer behavior. He elucidated various methodologies and frameworks to analyze and segment target audiences effectively, enabling businesses to tailor their marketing efforts accordingly.

More than 100 students from various educational institutions and 20 guests from various industries attended the conclave with zeal. The One-Day Marketing Conclave proved to be an enriching platform for participants to gain valuable insights into the rapidly evolving landscape of marketing. The diverse sessions, led by industry experts and thought leaders, provided a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities inherent in adapting to the changing dynamics of marketing.
