Dr. S. Kanimozhi is a passionate academician and industry-aligned educator with over two decades of experience spanning higher education and corporate roles in HR, Customer Service Delivery, Franchising, and BPO operations. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM), Trichy, with a specialization in Technology Marketing, and is a Certified Behavioral Mentoring Analyst.
Known for her dynamic and student-centric approach, Dr. Kanimozhi has successfully blended academic rigor with practical insights. She has published 17 research papers in reputed journals, contributed to conference proceedings and book chapters, and actively serves as a peer reviewer. Her areas of academic and research interest include technology adoption, consumer behavior, service innovation, and quality enhancement in higher education.
She has held various leadership roles both in academics and industry, and is a proud recipient of multiple awards for excellence in teaching and student mentoring.
