S Arul Doss, CEO of the Gnanam School of Business (GSB) started of his career to be an academician, sports man and passionate towards hospitality industry and agriculture . He is the grandson of Mr. A.Y.S Parisutha Nadar, a philanthropist and a great visionary of yesteryears and he has inherited all the virtues and values of the renowned generous family. He began his Schooling from Monfort School, Yercaud, moved to Loyola College, Chennai to do his B.Com, journeyed to Karunya University to obtain Master of Business Administration and he completed Ph.D from Bharathidasan University. Having had hands on experience and knowledge in the field of education, imbued with the vision of the founders and driven by a missionary zeal, he wants to make Gnanam School of Business a truly world class Business School in the field of management by branding and initiating new ventures. He is young, dynamic, goal driven and completely humane. Gnanam School of Business is now in the twelfth successful year of its journey it has undertaken to create competent managers through synchronizing and nurturing students\u2019 talents, passions, and competencies, in the two year fully residential MBA program.<\/p>

\u2018Transformation\u2019 is what defines \u2018survival\u2019 in the complex world of business. GSB promises \u2018Accelerated Transformation\u2019 by looking at the expectations of the industry. In order to meet the demands of business in the current scenario, our B-school equips the students with contemporary theoretical knowledge while encouraging them to develop innovative and creative thinking combined with strong technical skills and a good learning attitude.<\/p>

Our young and enthusiastic faculty team is focused on ensuring that the academic knowledge of the student is put in practice through field visits and live projects which provide them with the right level of practical and hands-on experience. Being a fully residential MBA program, our faculty are adept at drawing out the student\u2019s unique combination of talents, strengths, and passion and mentor them throughout these two years to create a lasting impact when they enter the business world. We are confident that the business wisdom imparted to them will energize them to lead, inspire, and aspire to soar high. Equipped with state-of-art teaching systems and world-class infrastructure, GSB has over the last decade of its existence firmly established itself as a B-school of national repute.
Learning is made more meaningful and valuable through the industry need based curriculum, appropriate pedagogy through Creative Learning Methodology, Case Study based Teaching, Activity Based Learning, Simulation Business Games, and Experiential Learning Exercises. Our e-learning management system platform is also actively used to
heighten student engagement.<\/p>

GSB leaves no stone unturned to create a unique student experience. Classroom learning is constantly supplemented by visits from industry experts, CEOs, and senior academicians to the campus to share their expertise with students thus facilitating a smooth campus-to-corporate transition and enabling them to become successful managers.
