Upholding a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual harassment, the institution ensures that any individual facing discomfort or harassment can seek immediate support and redressal through the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC).<\/p>\n<p>The ICC operates in compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition &amp; Redressal) Act, 2013 and UGC Regulations (2015), ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and protection for all parties involved.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish a permanent, effective mechanism to prevent and address sexual harassment and gender-based violence.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure prompt reporting, fair investigation, and proper follow-up of complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a harassment-free campus that fosters respect, dignity, and equality.<\/li>\n<li>Raise awareness through workshops, counselling, and sensitization programmes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive and address complaints of sexual harassment from students and staff.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct fair and impartial inquiries in accordance with the law.<\/li>\n<li>Submit findings and recommendations to the Director for appropriate action.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct awareness sessions, training, and counselling to create a safe and informed campus culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Complaint Filing Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> The aggrieved person (student or employee) may approach the ICC directly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Submit a written complaint <strong>in person, by email, or via the online complaint form.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> ICC initiates an inquiry as per the Act\/service rules within 30 days.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Inquiry report is submitted to the Director within 10 days after completion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 5:<\/strong> The management implements ICC recommendations within 10 days.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 6:<\/strong> All proceedings remain strictly confidential.<\/p>\n<p>The link for online complaints :\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/gsb.ac.in\/home\/committee\/\">https:\/\/gsb.ac.in\/home\/committee\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Email for registering Complaint: <a href=\"mailto:helpdesk@gsb.co.in\"><span style=\"color: red;\">icc@gsb.co.in<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>List of Committee Members<\/strong><\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse; width: 619pt;\" width=\"825\">\n<tbody>\n<tr style=\"height: 15.75pt;\">\n<td class=\"xl18\" style=\"width: 33pt; height: 15.75pt;\" width=\"44\" height=\"21\">S.
